Our client, an established Insolvency and Debt Management Company in Oldham are looking for an IVA Pre-Appointer to join their team.

As an IVA Pre-Appointer you will be responsible for re-assessing all potential IVA applications, liaising with the client, affiliates, completing conference calls in a timely manner with creditors to gather all relevant information and other parties where necessary in order to obtain all the information required to produce an IVA proposal. The successful Candidate needs the tenacity to make the role their own and have a strong “Can Do” attitude to all of their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients, affiliates & creditorsGather a variety of information from the client and their creditors via the telephone and by written correspondenceLiaising with other professionalsObtain missing information/documentationCompleting customer credit checks.Liaising with the client and car finance companies, in order for the customer to return their car and obtain a final balance.Setting up new current accounts with the customer.Complete money laundering checksBe aware of current Insolvency legislationOngoing liaison with the Insolvency PractitionerMaintenance of case records and relevant systemsAd hoc duties and projects as required (Submitting Cases to chosen IP’s)Co-ordinate an in-house diary systemLive transferring of SIP3 calls to the Insolvency Practitioners.

Experience :

Strong knowledge and experience in Insolvency

Required education:

Secondary education
